Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Multiplatform Front End Development React - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
