Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform Engineering. - Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services to design scalable and resilient systems. - Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies to streamline deployment processes. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to enhance development efficiency. - Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to full stack development. - Understanding of security best practices to ensure robust and secure application architecture.
