As a CP&O Specialist - Function Transparency, you will play a critical role in enabling financial transparency, governance, and performance management across our global corporate functions.  As part of the Global FP&A, Performance Management & Digital Finance Transformation organization, you will serve as a trusted partner to Function Heads, regional finance teams, Group FP&A, and key business stakeholders. You will drive end-to-end planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance review activities, ensuring financial information is accurate, transparent, and actionable.  This role offers a unique opportunity to combine financial expertise with business partnering and digital transformation. You will help leaders understand performance trends, identify opportunities and risks, and make informed decisions that support business growth and operational excellence. Beyond traditional financial planning and analysis activities, you will be instrumental in driving standardization, automation, and adoption of digital reporting solutions that enhance efficiency and decision quality.  You will have significant exposure to senior leadership and will influence how financial performance is communicated, monitored, and improved across the organization.
