The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. You will also focus on developing and implementing cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives and market demands. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful technology decisions is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic discussions with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technology platform solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and enterprise platform architectures. - Experience in evaluating and recommending technology platforms based on business requirements and cost considerations. - Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective platform solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative technology solutions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.
