Delegation of work to workmen as per planning attending to breakdown jobs. Documentation of work orders as prescribed. Work distribution of work orders as prescribed. Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same. Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices. Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness. Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately. Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers. Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation. Act as SHE core Team members (HOD to identify the SHE Core Team Members). Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors. Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors. Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior. As per schedules preventive maintenance of all equipment’s must be complete in time. Update the history records. Conducting trainings to the team. Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
