Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter. - Experience in designing and executing performance tests to evaluate application behavior under various conditions. - Ability to analyze test results and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance testing efficiency. - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues during application development and testing. - Good communication skills to effectively document and report findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
