The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective and efficient software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing application configurations to enhance performance and usability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues related to financial management modules. - Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between various SAP modules. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
