Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and software performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OutSystems. - Experience in designing and developing custom software components using modern frameworks. - Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively. - Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control systems. - Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
