Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns. - Experience with integrating multiple systems and ensuring interoperability. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices. - Skilled in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies to meet project objectives.
