Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that enhance business processes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their technical development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework. - Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems and applications. - Familiarity with data migration, data management, and reporting functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.
