Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Experience with payroll processing and employee lifecycle management within SAP environments. - Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration points with other enterprise systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices. - Competence in customizing SAP HCM Payroll solutions to meet specific business requirements.
