Must have skills : Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Power BI Developer: Mandatory Skills: Power BI + SQL + Power Automate + Data Analysis + Databricks Role Overview We are seeking a 6Y skilled Power BI Developer with strong data analysis expertise to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into actionable insights, optimize data models, and ensure data accuracy and performance across reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business decision making. Automate Alerts, triggers using Power Automate. Integration with Power Apps Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective data models and visualizations. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources. Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear, accurate, and user friendly reporting solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across reporting platforms. Document processes, dashboards, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Databricks Experience with Pyspark and SQL is required to create Dashboards Mandatory Required Skills 6+ Years Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). 6+ Years Solid SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Databricks: 2 + Years of Databricks Experience with knowledge on Pyspark/Python Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Shift B Support: Availability to provide support until 11 AM PST. Return to Office: Mandatory 5-day RTO from 4 strategic office locations.
