Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience. - Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development. - Good To Have Skills: React.js, Angular, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Experience in customizing and configuring cloud-based retail execution platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between systems.
