Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Strong experience in designing data models and developing data flows within SAP BW/4HANA environments. - Ability to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure efficient data management. - Familiarity with integrating SAP BW/4HANA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and development. - Good understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles relevant to SAP BW/4HANA.
