The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling continuous improvement and timely delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure consistent quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. - Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database design and management using SQL Server or similar relational databases. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
