This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to maintaining system reliability and performance throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge. - Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions Functional knowledge of Demand Planning. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. - Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level packaged applications. - Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to address system challenges. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Familiarity with Demand Planning, Demand Forecasting, Statistical Modelling concepts.
