The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and follows agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving and refining software to support organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and middleware technologies. - Experience with API development and management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. - Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and services. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
