Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning. - Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in software design and development. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices. - Ability to work with modern software frameworks and tools to build scalable applications. - Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for enhanced performance. - Effective communication skills to collaborate within diverse teams and stakeholders.
