Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). - Experience with cloud-based financial reconciliation platforms and integration techniques. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement custom solutions within enterprise cloud environments. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline reconciliation processes. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to cloud services.
