The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each part functions seamlessly within the overall system. Throughout the day, there is a focus on maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve performance and user experience. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, ensuring that the software aligns with client expectations and project goals. Problem-solving and adapting to evolving project demands are integral to daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to ensure quality and timely delivery of software components. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical approaches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS), API Management, React.js. - Strong experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework. - In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment using Amazon Web Services. - This is a backend heavy role where the individual should not only know AWS Gateway and APIs but should have a complete Devops experience i.e. be able to dockerize the application, deploy on Kubernetes, manage pods, write Jenkins pipeline scripts, know Terraform IAC, CI/CD github actions.
