This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to meet project goals and timelines effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM. - Experience in application design, configuration, and customization within enterprise environments. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
