This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive project success and deliver effective software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, JavaScript, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Oracle Application Framework (OAF). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Oracle Application Framework (OAF). - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business objectives. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformation and validation. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
