Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support organizational goals and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. - Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure clarity and maintainability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
