Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Engineering. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware asset management. - Experience in integrating hardware asset management solutions with other enterprise systems. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline asset management processes.
