Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong knowledge of database design, development, and optimization techniques. - Experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support application functionality. - Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting database-related issues. - Understanding of data security and backup strategies within database environments. - Ability to work with integration of databases in custom software solutions.
