Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Ability to configure and customize software solutions to meet complex business needs. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within application environments. - Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple platforms to ensure seamless application performance.
