Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements, continuously refining software to enhance performance and adaptability within dynamic project settings. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and user experience. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on software design and development. - Experience working within agile development environments to deliver iterative improvements. - Ability to analyze complex systems and optimize software components for performance and scalability. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques to ensure high-quality deliverables.
