Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that address complex business challenges. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in application design and deployment. - Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing code to improve performance and reliability. - Ability to work with various development frameworks and tools to create scalable and maintainable software. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments. - Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
