Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data pipelines. - Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data workflows. - Familiarity with distributed computing concepts and big data processing.
