This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. The position demands continuous collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure that software solutions align with business needs and project goals, while also adapting to evolving technical challenges and opportunities throughout the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Clinical Data Management. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively. - Experience working with cloud-based platforms and enterprise software solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes within regulated environments.
