Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative approaches and continuous enhancement of software products, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. - Document software designs, processes, and updates to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing within the team. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Strong knowledge of agile software development principles and practices. - Experience with software development lifecycle and version control systems. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop efficient, maintainable code. - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within diverse teams.
