Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill enhancement. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business goals and project timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark. - Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and data processing frameworks. - Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines for large-scale data environments. - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in data analytics contexts.
