Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. - Continuously evaluate and improve software processes to optimize performance and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. - Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Understanding of debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
