Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework. - Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation. - Knowledge of database integration and management within Spring Boot applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. - Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
