The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to enhance existing functionalities and implement new features. Utilizing agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that meet evolving business requirements. The workday is dynamic, balancing coding, testing, and refining software elements to ensure optimal performance and alignment with project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide master data to more than 120 connected applications Enable data governance processes and support data quality Main Application: MDM Next (based on TIBCO EBX) - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain quality and timelines. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO EBX. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka, Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance. - Familiarity with integration of middleware and enterprise applications.
