You will engage in understanding project requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that support operational efficiency and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application stability. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks. - Continuously update technical documentation to reflect changes and improvements in applications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Good to Have - Angular, HTML, CSS, Kafka, Jenkins, AWS, SQL - Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
