Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as an SAP Oil & Gas Downstream SME and provide functional guidance to the support team. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and recurring application issues. - Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive solutions. - Collaborate with business, functional, technical, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams. - Own key support decisions and coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams. - Mentor junior resources and promote knowledge sharing. - Drive improvements to application stability, support efficiency, and business continuity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP Oil & Gas Downstream: - TSW – Trading & Scheduling Work bench - SPW – Stock Projection Work bench - TD – Bulk Transportation & Distribution - TM – Transport Management with Integration TSW - HPM – Hydrocarbon Product Management - F&A – Formula & Average Price - Oil Exchanges - TDP – Tariffs, Duties and Permits - LCFS & RINs – Low Carbon Fuel Standard and Renewable Identification Numbers Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - Strong experience in at least one core SAP module: SAP SD or SAP MM. - Strong SAP production/application support and troubleshooting experience. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills. - Ability to independently handle complex issues and work across multiple teams. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture
