Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software components. - Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within enterprise systems. - Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
