Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving project needs and close coordination with team members to achieve high-quality outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making. - Strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and integration techniques within business intelligence platforms. - Ability to optimize data workflows and improve system performance through effective use of BI tools. - Familiarity with scripting and query languages to manipulate and extract data efficiently. - Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business intelligence solutions.
