The engineer actively participates in refining software architecture and contributes to the improvement of existing functionalities, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with integration of financial software systems and data management. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
