This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified requirements. The engineer acts as the central liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to deliver effective and efficient software solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with evolving project needs to maintain alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects ensuring quality and timeliness. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and configuration within the Microsoft Power Platform. - Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems. - Familiarity with data modeling, user interface design, and workflow automation in the context of Power Apps. - Capability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance and user experience.
