Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software components. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software to enhance performance and maintainability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OutSystems. - Experience in developing and maintaining custom software solutions using modern development frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integrating software components and third-party services to build cohesive applications.
