Continuous engagement with evolving processes and adapting to new challenges are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Digital Cockpit Solutions. - Experience in software architecture design and system integration within automotive environments. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and deliver effective solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly. - Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems relevant to automotive applications.
