Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns related to Microsoft ASP.NET development. - Experience in developing scalable web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET framework. - Familiarity with database integration and management in the context of Microsoft ASP.NET applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Microsoft ASP.NET environments. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies as applied to Microsoft ASP.NET projects.
