Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and configuration. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise software environments. - Experience in analyzing business processes to develop tailored software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to software configuration and integration. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
