This role requires a continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that the solutions developed align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and translating them into effective software configurations and enhancements, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency across various business functions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials. - Strong understanding of financial modules and their integration within Oracle EBS. - Experience in application design, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Oracle EBS Financials. - Familiarity with database concepts and SQL to support application development and reporting. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
