Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the software development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Workfront Work Management Software. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within enterprise environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
