The role requires engaging in coding activities, refining existing applications, and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. The position focuses on creating high-quality, customized applications that meet unique business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience. - Document development processes and provide clear communication on project progress and challenges. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP environments. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems. - Good understanding of database concepts and data flow within SAP applications.
