You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to meet evolving organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks. - Continuously evaluate existing software components to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within enterprise environments. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
