Must have skills : .Net Full Stack Development Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BTECH Summary This is a key leadership role within the product engineering organization, responsible for overseeing and guiding complex technical projects, driving innovation leveraging AI, and ensuring the successful delivery of high- quality software products. This role may involve a combination of hands-on technical work, strategic planning, and team leadership among other responsibilities. If you have the drive to lead and mentor engineering teams, the ability to set a technology vision for greenfield/brownfield SaaS products and excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including product management and other stakeholders, this position is for you Roles and responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Guide the engineering team on best practices, architecture, and technology choices. Project Oversight: Ensure successful delivery of projects, from concept to production. Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. People Leadership: Lead by example, motivate your team to address complex challenges manage performance and goals for direct reports. Stakeholder Collaboration: Excel in global cross-functional teams, including product management and architecture. AI Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the roadmap for AI integration across our product suite, including Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics. Experience of coding leveraging AI, with an understanding of Agentic AI architecture. Innovation and R&D: Drive innovation by staying current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and trends, and translating them into scalable product features. Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by driving engineering excellence, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing feedback loops to enhance code quality, team productivity, and system reliability. Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure or GCP. Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) Professional & Technical Skills: Expertise in object-oriented/modern languages (C#, Java, Python, Go or similar) Deep knowledge in designing and implementing cloud-native microservices architectures. Experience in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.). Experience in RESTful API design and development, and database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL) Experience with AWS/Azure services.
